Delivery

We ship all our packages with Canada Post, Purolator or Nationex and with DHL for international deliveries. We use the Expedited Parcel service and you will receive an e-mail with your tracking number once your order has been processed and shipped.

Delivery time 24-72 hours on working days once the order has been processed by our team. Tracking provided with shipment.

Also, for Eastern Townships residents, you can select "in-store pickup" to pick up your order directly at our branch located at 800 13e Avenue Nord, Sherbrooke, Québec, J1E 3K3.

Special instructions for your order:
If you choose Nationex, the delivery person will automatically leave the package at your door, no signature required. If you choose this option, you need to make sure that it's safe from theft if you're away. If in doubt, we recommend you use Canada Post.
