Description

ʟ-Carnitine is an essential cofactor that is required for the transport of free long chain fatty acids into the inner mitochondrial matrix where they enter the beta oxidation pathway for cellular energy production.

There are several forms of carnitine available, yet acetyl-ʟ-carnitine (ALC) is the preferred active form that has the ability to cross the blood-brain barrier and therefore can be helpful in conditions affecting the nervous system

• Helps reduce fatigue.
• Helps optimize cellular energy production (fatty acid metabolism).

Dosage

Adults: Start with 1 capsule twice daily with food and gradually increase to 3 capsules daily with food or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Do not exceed 3 capsules in a 24-hour period.

Other ingredients: Vegetable magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide in a capsule composed of vegetable carbohydrate gum and purified water.
