Description

Adreno Calm is a calming combination of L-theanine, phosphatidylserine and plant extracts. L-theanine is an amino acid found almost exclusively in tea, which momentarily promotes relaxation. It is rapidly transferred from the intestine to the bloodstream where it is transported to important organs, including the brain. By acting on the release of neurotransmitters, including dopamine, GABA and serotonin, L-theanine effectively promotes a state of relaxation. Clinical research shows that an intake of 200 mg of L-theanine significantly increases alpha waves in the brain within 30 minutes of ingestion, indicating a relaxed and alert mental state. L-theanine has been shown to promote relaxation when taken at rest, after performing stressful mental tasks and after strenuous physical activity tests. Phosphatidylserine is a naturally occurring component of cell membranes that promotes normal cell communication and membrane fluidity. Adreno Calm also includes standardized extracts of magnolia and drowsy cockroach, which are herbs used in Chinese and Ayurvedic medicine respectively.

Dosage

Adults: Take two capsules once daily or as directed by your practitioner.
