Advanced B Complex ULTRA uses time-release technology for better absorption and offers all the B vitamins, including some in various forms, for maximum effectiveness.

This product contains niacin, the most active form of vitamin B3 and the most effective for heart health and maintenance of healthy cholesterol levels. Niacin is not usually used in B-complex supplements because it causes an unpleasant, but safe, feeling of hot flashes. Advanced B Complex ULTRA contains a harmless dose of niacin and its time-release formula minimizes the risk of hot flashes. Advanced B Complex ULTRA is unique in that it contains pyrroloquinoline quinone (PQQ), a vitamin B-like nutrient that improves brain health.

Dosage

Take one tablet once or twice daily with food or as directed by a health care practitioner.
