Description

Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) is an herb long used in herbal medicine as an adaptogen to help increase energy and resistance to physical and mental stress. This plant is also used in Ayurvedic medicine as a rejuvenating tonic (Rasayana) to improve overall health, memory and sleep quality.

Dosage

Adults: Take 1 capsule daily with or between meals, or as recommended by a healthcare professional.

Medicinal Ingredients (per capsule): Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) Root Extract 500 mg (10:1, 5 g dried equivalent; standardized to contain 2.5% withanolides)

Non-medicinal ingredients: Hypoallergenic plant cellulose, vegetarian capsule (hypromellose, water).
