To make our Holy Basil Alive, Living Alchemy uses the ancient art of fermentation to activate Holy Basil into a superior form. We ferment the finest certified organic holy basil for 1 month using our various strains of microorganisms from kefir and kombucha. This activation provides the full synergy of the plant within a live food matrix for exceptional vitality and bioavailability. We have added lemon balm to our holy basil, activated by long fermentation, for their synergistic support of the nervous system. Holy Basil helps calm frazzled nerves and improves mental clarity and focus. Lemon balm has a targeted action on the vagus nerve which is directly connected to the digestive system.
