Bio-Ashwagandha

• Among the main active components of Ashwagandha are the calming alkaloids with light action. These steroid lactones produce significant adaptogenic effects. Some of these lactones (Withanolides) have been reported as being structurally similar to ginseng ginsenosides, and are used to support a healthy function of the adrenal, cognitive and the immune system, as well as to relieve menstrual discomfort.

Adults: One (1) capsule daily as a dietary supplement or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. CAUTION: Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN
