Description

Bone mass and vitamin D synthesis decline with aging and inactivity in both women and men. Reducing bone loss delays the onset of weakness, thereby reducing the risk of fracture. Maximum bone mass is determined by genetics, body weight, weight-bearing activity and the intake of nutrients that make up the bone matrix and/or regulate its metabolism.

Adequate calcium intake is important to prevent bone resorption and osteoporosis, and higher magnesium intakes have been positively associated with bone mineral density.

Vitamin D3 is essential for maintaining calcium levels and increases calcium absorption from the gut.

Dosage

Adults: Take 1 capsule three times daily as directed by your health care practitioner. If you are taking other medications, take this product a few hours before or after them.

Non-medicinal ingredients : Vegetable magnesium stearate in a capsule composed of vegetable carbohydrate gum and purified water.

Adultes : Prendre 1 capsule trois fois par jour tel qu’indiqué par votre praticien de soins de santé. En cas de prise d’autres médicaments, prendre ce produit quelques heures avant ou après ceux-ci.
