Description

Candicin is a combination of natural oils traditionally used to help relieve digestive disorders. Gastrointestinal disorders, including flatulence and bloating, can be the result of improper movement of food through the stomach or intestines. Ginger contains oleoresin, which is responsible for its pungent smell. Elements of this resin, including shogaols, gingerols and zingerone, can bind receptors on endocrine cells in the digestive tract and pancreas. This leads to an increase in the secretion of gastric juices and bile, gastric mobility and gastric emptying. The digestive enzymes of the pancreas are increasingly released, which decreases the travel time in the intestines and contributes to the relief of intestinal disorders. In addition, ginger increases blood flow to the mucous layer of the stomach and inhibits serotonin receptors, which are responsible for controlling nausea. Bitter mugwort oil contains absinthin, an extremely bitter component. Like bitter ginger, the bitter components can bind receptors to endocrine cells in the gastrointestinal tract and pancreas, synergistically enhancing gastric juice secretion, motility and pancreatic digestion.

Dosage

Adults: Take one capsule twice daily with meals, a few hours before or after taking supplements containing iron, zinc, calcium or copper, or as directed by your practitioner. For occasional use only.
