Pine and spruce needles have been used since ancient times by indigenous populations. to improve immune system function in the upper respiratory system. In Alaska (especially the Tlingit), First Nations and indigenous peoples of Canada, Norway and Russia. Native American tribes like the Cherokee, Iroquois, Apache, and Hopi used these forest medicines.
Needles are a good natural source of vitamin C which contributes to immune function throughout. But recent research confirms that in addition to vitamin C, these evergreen needles contain pinene, suramin, tannins, shikimic acid and a wide range of antioxidants contributing to their anti-inflammatory, immunomodulatory and antiviral.
Adults: Take 2 ml, 2 to 3 times a day. Take some water.
Medicinal ingredients: For 2ml: Pinus strobus (white pine 1:6, 166 mg dry) 1ML, Picea glauca (white spruce 1:6, 166 mg dry) 1ML
Vitamin C (Ascorbic acid) 25 mg
Nonmedicinal ingredients: Organic cane alcohol (30% ABV), Organic glycerin, Spring water
