Dosage

Adults: Take 2 capsules daily with food, a few hours before or after taking medications or natural health products. Avoid taking at bedtime. To see beneficial effects on knees and joints, use for at least 3 months.

Non-medicinal ingredients: Magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid, silicon dioxide, hypromellose.
