Dosage

Adults: Take 1 tablet 2 times daily with meals, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products, or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Each Tablet Contains: Calcium (dicalcium phosphate dihydrate/calcium carbonate/ microcrystalline hydroxyapatite from bovine bone) 250 mg Magnesium (magnesium oxide) 125 mg Phosphorus (dicalcium phosphate dihydrate/ microcrystalline hydroxyapatite from bovine bone) 100 mg Molybdenum (molybdenum Krebs) 25 mcg Vanadium (vanadium Krebs) 20 mcg Vitamin D (cholecalciferol) 1.9 mcg (75 IU)

Non-medicinal ingredients: Cellulose, hyprolose, croscarmellose sodium, ascorbyl palmitate, carnauba wax, hypromellose, glycerin, silica
