Description

Ginger SAP is a standardized extract of Zingiber officinale that is used to help a variety of conditions.

Ginger has been used for centuries in the Indian, Chinese, Arabic and Tibetan systems of traditional medicine to treat nausea and vomiting induced by various stimuli.

Ginger has been clinically shown to help prevent nausea and vomiting associated with motion sickness and/or seasickness. It can also be used to relieve digestive disorders including dyspepsia and flatulent colic, poor appetite, digestive spasms and nausea.

Ginger may help reduce symptoms associated with primary dysmenorrhea and migraines, and may also act as an expectorant and cough suppressant to help relieve bronchitis, coughs and colds.

Dosage

Adults: Take 1 capsule daily or as directed by your health care practitioner. Take a single dose 30 minutes before travel.
