Dosage

Topical (Adults): Mix 1 drop in 1 tablespoon (15ml) of vegetable oil; apply to the affected part once a day. Inhalation add 4 to 12 drops to a bowl of warm water or a diffuser. Inhale slowly and deeply for 5-10 minutes.

Topique (Adultes) : Mélanger 1 goutte dans 1 cuillère à soupe (15ml) d'huile végétale ; appliquer sur la partie affectée 1 fois par jour. Inhalation ajouter 4 à 12 gouttes dans un bol d'eau chaude ou un diffuseur. Inhaler lentement et profondément pendant 5-10 minutes.
