Dosage

Topical (Adults): Mix 2 to 4 drops in ½ teaspoon (2.5ml) of vegetable oil; apply locally, 3 times a day.
Inhalation: Add 4 to 12 drops to a bowl of warm water or a diffuser. Inhale slowly and deeply for 5-10 minutes.

Topique (Adultes) : Mélanger 2 à 4 gouttes dans ½ cuillère à thé (2,5ml) d'huile végétale ; appliquer localement, 3 fois par jour.Inhalation : Ajouter 4 à 12 gouttes dans un bol d'eau chaude ou un diffuseur. Inhaler lentement et profondément pendant 5-10 minutes.
