Dosage

Inhalation: Add 4 to 12 drops to a bowl of boiling water or put in a diffuser. Inhale slowly for 5-10 minutes.
Topical - Massage: Add 4 to 5 drops in 1 tbsp. teaspoon (5 ml) of vegetable oil. Apply locally, once a day
