Dosage

Topical (Adults): Mix 2 to 3 drops in ½ tsp. teaspoon (2.5ml) of vegetable oil before applying locally to the skin, rubbing and/or massaging the skin until the solution disappears, 3 times a day.
Inhalation (Adults): Add 4 to 12 drops to a bowl of boiling water/facial steamer. Inhale slowly and deeply for 5-10 minutes, up to 3 times daily.

Topique (Adultes) : Mélanger 2 à 3 gouttes dans ½ cuil. à thé (2,5ml) d'huile végétale avant d’appliquer localement sur la peau, frictionner et/ou masser la peau jusqu’à ce que la solution disparaisse, 3 fois par jour.

Inhalation (Adultes) : Ajouter 4 à 12 gouttes dans un bol d'eau bouillante/appareil à vapeur pour les soins du visage. Inhaler lentement et profondément pendant 5-10 minutes, jusqu'à 3 fois par jour.
