  Add a few drops to a diffuser, in a bath by diluting them with an unscented or lightly scented foaming product (shampoo, shower gel, bubble bath, etc.) or with EMULSIUM, our emulsifier which is a dispersant for essential oils in the bath. water (ideal for bathing, body mists and DIY room sprays). OTHER INGREDIENTS Melaleuca quinquenervia, Abies balsamea, Eucalyptus radiata, Cymbopogon martinii var. motia, Rosmarinus officinalis cineoliferum, Cinnamomum camphora cineoliferum, Mentha x piperita.

Dosage

Inhalation: Add 4 to 12 drops to a bowl of boiling water or a diffuser. Inhale slowly for 5-10 minutes.
Topical - Bath: Add 2 drops (1st use) up to 8 drops in an emulsifier or neutral foaming base and mix. Stay in the bath for 10 minutes, once a day.
Massage: Add 4 to 5 drops in 1 teaspoon (5ml) of vegetable oil, apply 3 times a day.

Inhalation : Ajouter 4 à 12 gouttes dans un bol d'eau bouillante ou un diffuseur. Inhaler lentement pendant 5-10 minutes.
Topique - Bain : Ajouter 2 gouttes (1er usage) jusqu'à 8 gouttes dans un émulsifiant ou une base moussante neutre et mélanger. Demeurer dans le bain 10 minutes, une fois par jour.
Massage : Ajouter 4 à 5 gouttes dans 1 cuillère à thé (5ml) d'huile végétale, appliquer 3 fois par jour.
