Description

Heme iron is a highly bioavailable form of iron, isolated from animal sources with maximum human intestinal absorption. Heme iron is not associated with the common side effects of elemental (non-heme) iron supplementation such as constipation, nausea and gastrointestinal disturbances.

Dosage

Adults: Take 3 capsules once daily with a full glass of water, with or without food, or as directed by your health care practitioner.

Do not lie down for 30 minutes after taking this product.

If you are taking other medications, take this product a few hours before or after them.

Consult a health care practitioner for any use beyond 7 weeks. Consult a health care practitioner for blood iron level measurement.

Non-medicinal ingredients : Vegetable magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, and silicon dioxide in a capsule composed of vegetable carbohydrate gum and purified water.

Adultes : Prendre 3 capsules une fois par jour avec un grand verre d’eau, avec ou sans nourriture, ou tel qu’indiqué par votre praticien de soins de santé.
Ne pas vous allonger pendant 30 minutes après avoir pris ce produit.
En cas de prise d’autres médicaments, prendre ce produit quelques heures avant ou après ceux-ci.
