Description

HMF Forte is a combination of four proprietary human-sourced probiotic strains to support gastrointestinal health in adults and children. This product is a blend of two strains of Lactobacillus acidophilus (CUL-60 and CUL-21), Bifidobacterium animalis subsp. lactis (CUL-34) and Bifidobacterium bifidum (CUL-20), strains that promote colonization of the small and large intestines. These proprietary strains were selected for their superior quality, viability, strong epithelial adherence and naturally high tolerance to gastric acid. They have also been clinically studied for efficacy and are among the most studied probiotic cultures in the world. In a double-blind, placebo-controlled study of 138 adults, supplementation with the probiotic combination contained in HMF Forte was found to reduce the incidence of diarrhea associated with C. difficile bacteria in adults taking antibiotics. In addition to this research-based probiotic blend, HMF Forte also contains fructo-oligosaccharides (FOS), a type of prebiotic fiber that supports the growth of beneficial bacteria in the intestines. Dosage

Adults: Take 2 capsules daily with a meal, at least 2-3 hours before or after taking antibiotics, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
