Description

HMF Immune combines proprietary probiotics with vitamins C and D to provide targeted immune system support. Each once-daily chewable tablet contains a blend of five probiotic strains from the lactobacillus and bifidobacterium genera. Since nearly 80% of the body's immunologically active cells are found in the lymphoid tissue associated with the gut, an important connection between the gut and the immune system has been demonstrated. In addition to supporting gastrointestinal health, HMF Immune provides Bl-04, a strain shown in a clinical trial to reduce the risk and duration of upper respiratory tract disease in physically active adults. As well, it contains CUL-60, CUL-21, CUL-34 and CUL-20, which have been shown in a clinical trial to promote upper respiratory health when combined with vitamin C. To further help maintain immune function, HMF® Immune contains vitamins C and D. Vitamin C supports the immune system by regulating lymphocyte proliferation, natural killer cell activity and immunoglobulin production, while vitamin D helps control T-cell activation, cytokine release and phagocytosis in macrophages. Research shows that vitamins C and D may be particularly effective in maintaining immune function in the respiratory tract

Dosage

Adults: Chew 1 tablet daily with a meal, at least 2 to 3 hours before or after taking antibiotics, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
