Description

HMF Neuro Capsules is a combination of five patented human-source probiotic strains and the amino acid L-glutamine. The human digestive tract contains over 400 species of bacteria, although its composition can be altered by diet, stress, medication and age. Supplements containing large amounts of combinations of microorganisms help maximize gut colonization, which promotes the growth of beneficial bacteria. The intestines are essential barriers that selectively allow the assimilation and promote the excretion of harmful substances. Probiotics prevent pathogenic bacteria from colonizing the digestive tract by reducing the pH and stimulating the production of antimicrobial peptides in the gut. In addition to reducing bacterial survival, probiotics strengthen the epithelial barrier. They maintain the integrity of tight junctions, which control permeability, and increase the release of mucins, which prevent pathogens from adhering to cells. Together, they reduce the entry of bacteria from the gut into the circulation. Lactobacilli and bifidobacteria are the most commonly used probiotics, and are safe and effective for adults and children; however, once ingested, their numbers decrease or disappear.

Dosage

Adults : Take one capsule twice daily with meals, at least two to three hours before or after taking antibiotics, or as directed by your practitioner.
