Description

HMF Neuro Powder provides five proprietary human-source probiotic strains that help support intestinal health in adults. The intestines are critical barriers that allow the absorption of selected compounds and promote the excretion of harmful substances. Probiotics compete with pathogenic bacteria for colonization of the digestive tract, and supplements containing large amounts of microorganisms help maximize the growth of beneficial bacteria. In addition to decreasing bacterial survival by stimulating the production of antimicrobial peptides from host cells, probiotics strengthen the epithelial barrier. They facilitate the integrity of tight junctions, which control permeability, and increase the release of mucins, which form a gel on the intestinal surface that prevents pathogens from adhering to cells. Together, this decreases the entry of bacteria into the circulation from the intestines and helps maintain optimal health.

Dosage

Adults: In a glass, add water to one scoop of HMF Neuro Powder (1⁄4 teaspoon) and stir. Take twice daily with meals, at least two to three hours before or after taking antibiotics, or as directed by your practitioner.
