HMF Travel contains five probiotic strains from Lactobacillus, Bifidobacterium and Saccharomyces to promote healthy intestinal flora and support gastrointestinal health. Dosage

Adults: Take 2 capsules daily or as directed by your healthcare professional. If you are taking antibiotic or antifungal medications, take 2-3 hours before or after taking these medications.
