Description

Indole-3-carbinol (I3C) is a phytochemical derived in high concentrations from the Brassica family of vegetables, including broccoli, cauliflower, Brussels sprouts and cabbage.

I3C and its derivatives have been shown to exert immunomodulatory effects on the human body.

I3C has been shown to exhibit direct anti-estrogen activity via competitive inhibition of estrogen receptors, upregulating the cytochrome P450 isoenzymes CYP1A1, CYP1A2, and CYP1B1, thereby increasing estrogen metabolism and shifting estrogen metabolism from the more proliferative (16-OHE1) to the more species-protective (2-OHE1) estrogens.

Dosage

Adults: Take 2 capsules once daily or as directed by your health care practitioner.

Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Non-medicinal ingredients : Vegetable magnesium stearate and microcrystalline cellulose in a capsule composed of vegetable carbohydrate gum and purified water.

Adultes : Prendre 2 capsules une fois par jour ou tel qu’indiqué par votre praticien de soins de santé.
Ne pas excéder la dose recommandée.
