Non-medicinal ingredients: Take 2 capsules daily, 30 to 45 minutes before bedtime, or as recommended by a health care practitioner. Do not drive or operate heavy machinery for 5 hours after taking melatonin. For use beyond 4 weeks, consult a health care practitioner.
