Description

Liposomes are spheres made of phospholipids, the main building blocks of cell membranes. Because of this structure, liposomes readily bind to cell membranes to facilitate intracellular delivery of their nutrient cargo. With this improved delivery and absorption, nutrients delivered in liposomal form offer superior absorption and bioavailability.

Each 5 mL serving (approximately 1 teaspoon) of this lemon-flavored formula provides 1000 mg of vitamin C, as sodium ascorbate. The 130 mg of sodium per serving helps to further facilitate the absorption of vitamin C.

Dosage

Adults: Take 5 ml (approx. 1 teaspoon) and hold in mouth for 30 seconds before swallowing, or as directed by a health care practitioner.
