Description

Liquid B Complex is a delicious combination of seven B vitamins, choline and inositol. It provides the Recommended Dietary Allowance (RDA) for adults for thiamine, riboflavin, niacinamide, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, biotin and pantothenic acid. B vitamins play an important role in energy metabolism as cofactors in many biochemical reactions in the body. Vitamins B6, B12 and riboflavin are particularly important in the metabolism of the amino acid metabolite homocysteine. Vitamin B12 has an additional role to play in the normal function of the immune system, and it takes part in the formation of red blood cells alongside vitamin B6. In addition, biotin is used to maintain cognitive function as well as healthy hair, nails, mucous membranes and skin. Liquid B Complex also provides choline, a lipotropic factor that helps support liver function, as well as inositol, an important second messenger and component of the phospholipid membrane.

Dosage

Adults: Take one teaspoon twice daily with meals or as directed by your healthcare professional. Shake well before each use.
