Description

Niacin CRT ™ is a unique wax matrix tablet that utilizes the latest in controlled release technology (CRT). This technology delivers niacin at a continuous, controlled rate over a period of 6-8 hours, throughout the tablet's transit time through the gut. Hot flashes sometimes occur with sustained-release niacin, as there can be fairly large bursts of intermittently released niacin. However, flushing is less likely with controlled-release niacin.

Dosage

Adults: Take 1 tablet daily with a meal or as directed by a health care practitioner.

Medicinal Ingredients (per tablet):
Niacin (Nicotinic acid).................... 500 mg

Non-medicinal ingredients: carnaubawax, magnesium stearate (from vegetable source), rice bran wax, silica gel, glyceryl tristearate (from vegetable source).
