Description

Optizyme is a blend of digestive enzymes. Contains alpha-galactosidase which helps to reduce gas/flatulence production after a meal high in fermentable carbohydrates (such as vegetables, legumes/legumes/beans and whole grains) and to prevent gastrointestinal intolerance of oligosaccharides /fermentable carbohydrates.

Dosage

Adults: Take 1 capsule 3 times daily or as recommended by healthcare practitioner. Take with the first bite of food.
