Description

Made from raw, uncracked wild pine pollen harvested from the pristine forests of British Columbia. Pine pollen is the natural yellow dust inside the red (Ponderosa) and yellow (Lodgepole) male cones. Live, whole, uncracked pine pollen contains more than 200 bioactive phytonutrients, including antioxidants, flavonoids, amino acids, vitamins, minerals and, best of all, phytoandrogens. These plant-based male hormones - known as brassinosteroids - positively influence human hormone function. 

Used in Traditional Chinese Medicine to replenish Qi (vital energy); Used in TCM to resolve dampness, Nourish the Heart and Lungs. 

Dosage

Adults: Take 2 ml, 1 to 3 times daily. Hold under the tongue for at least 60 seconds before swallowing. Adding the tincture to 2 ml of water while holding under the tongue can help offset the burning sensation of ethanol. If you find the taste too strong, mix with water and swallow on an empty stomach for the same benefits.

Safety : Do not use it if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not use it if you are allergic to pollen.

Medicinal ingredients (per 2 mL): Pinus contorta (Pine pollen) (1:6 333 mg dry lodgepole pine pollen)

Non-medicinal ingredients: Ethanol and glycerin./TABS

Adultes : Prendre 2 ml, 1 à 3 fois par jour. Tenir sous la langue pendant au moins 60 secondes avant d'avaler. Ajouter la teinture à 2 ml d'eau tout en tenant sous la langue peut aider à compenser la sensation de brûlure de l'éthanol. Si vous trouvez le goût trop fort, mélangez avec de l'eau et avalez à jeun pour les mêmes bienfaits.
Attention : Ne pas utiliser si vous êtes une femme enceinte ou qui allaite. Ne pas utiliser si vous êtes allergique au pollen.
