Plant Enzymes SAP is a combination of plant-based enzymes designed to help the body break down fats, carbohydrates, proteins, starches and grains. Foods in their natural raw state contain enzymes that help the body break down food and access the nutrients in food. Often, with the transportation and preparation of our food, these important enzymes are denatured or broken down, making it more difficult for us to properly digest our food.

Plant Enzymes SAP can also help reduce the incidence of dyspepsia and inflammation in the gastrointestinal tract.

Dosage

Adults: Take 1 capsule with each meal three times daily or as directed by your health care practitioner.
