Description

PreTrain NRG powder is a unique pre-workout formula providing specific nutrients to promote focus, power and mental energy in athletes. It is undeniable that intense and prolonged training places significant stress on the central nervous system; therefore, providing nutrients that optimize brain function can be very beneficial to an athlete's sports performance. PreTrain NRG contains tyrosine, acetyl-L-carnitine and caffeine to increase focus and energy, while creatine promotes muscle strength. Adenosine-5'-triphosphate (ATP) is an important component of this formula as it helps increase strength and power, aids in recovery, and reduces fatigue for higher sets/repetitions. PreTrain NRG powder has a pleasant strawberry flavor and is sweetened with natural stevia leaf extract.

Dosage

Adults: Mix 9 grams (approximately one scoop) in 8 oz of water and consume 30-45 minutes prior to a workout or as recommended by a health care professional. Dosage is based on a healthy adult of approximately 150 pounds. Health care professionals are encouraged to use their clinical judgment in recommending specific dosages based on goals, body weight, medical history, and use in combination with medications and/or other supplements.
