Description

Each Probiotic-5 capsule provides 10 billion CFU stem cells from five strains of beneficial bacteria: Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Bifidobacterium longum, Bifidobacterium bifidum and Bifidobacterium lactis. This formula combines lactobacillus and bifidobacteria to support digestive tract health. L. acidophilus and B. longum maintain the health of the gastrointestinal barrier in part by supporting the mucosal lining of the digestive tract. Several trials have also found that supplementation with a variety of probiotics helps maintain gut flora and gastrointestinal comfort. A study conducted on elderly people showed that a mixture of lactobacilli and bifidobacteria maintains a healthy gut ecology.

Dosage

Adults: Take 1 capsule daily, or as directed by a healthcare professional. Take at least 2 to 3 hours before or after taking antibiotics.
