Description

Ginger is traditionally used in Herbal Medicine to help relieve digestive disturbances, including lack of appetite, nausea, digestive spasms, indigestion, dyspepsia, and flatulent (carminative) colic.
Gentian is traditionally used in Herbal Medicine as a digestive tonic and bitter to help stimulate appetite and aid (stomachic) digestion. Gentian is traditionally used in herbal medicine to help prevent nausea (anti-emetic). Gentian is used in herbal medicine to help increase the flow of bile (cholagogue).

Dosage

Adults: Take 1 capsule between lunch and dinner, and 1 capsule at bedtime, on an empty stomach; or as directed by your healthcare professional.
