Description

Phosphatidylserine (PS) is a phospholipid that is a structural component of cell membranes throughout the body, but is most concentrated in the brain and cerebral cortex. Studies have shown that PS supplementation has the ability to improve cognitive function, particularly learning and concentration. Dosage
