TQ for Women™ is a combination of herbal extracts, including chasteberry, specially formulated to help relieve premenstrual and menopause-related symptoms.

Typically, hormones fluctuate during a woman's menstrual cycle. According to research, premenstrual symptoms are associated with hormonal imbalances in the second half of the cycle, including high levels of estrogen and prolactin, and low levels of progesterone.

In women, menopause occurs in their late 40s or early 50s, when fertility and menstruation end. Women may experience a drop in estrogen levels that can lead to unwanted symptoms, such as hot flashes, night sweats, altered sleep patterns, mood swings or other symptoms.

Chasteberry contains active constituents that play a role in hormonal activity, including supporting normal levels of prolactin, estrogen and progesterone. It has also been found to decrease the activity of androgens, such as testosterone. Through these actions, Chasteberry helps normalize hormones and stabilize irregularities in the menstrual cycle. Studies have shown that chasteberry extract supplementation also helps to alleviate premenstrual symptoms, including moodiness, headaches, bloating and breast fullness. Chasteberry extract has also been found to help relieve symptoms associated with menopause, such as hot flashes.

Dosage

Adults: Take 2 capsules daily or as directed by your healthcare professional. Take with food to minimize gastric discomfort. Take with sufficient liquid before a meal.

Use for at least three months to observe beneficial effects.
