Description

THE SLUDGE™ is a laxative that gently relieves constipation and/or irregularity and promotes intestinal transit. This is an exclusive product, approved by Health Canada and protected by a trademark, which specifically targets intestinal health. The name comes from the fact that customers affectionately call the mixture "the mud" when added to water.

Dosage

Adults: Mix 1 scoop (12 g) with at least 180 ml of liquid (water, fruit juice or similar aqueous drink) in a jar with a tight-fitting lid or, for each gram of psyllium, mix with 30 ml of liquid. Shake vigorously 2-3 times or use a mini whisk and drink immediately. Maintain sufficient fluid intake. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products. The effects are observed 12 to 24 hours after the first dose and can last 2 to 3 days. Take during the day (not immediately before bedtime).

Nutritional information

Medicinal Ingredients: Each scoop contains Psyllium 2.5 g (plantago ovata husk powder).

Nonmedicinal ingredients: Medium chain triglycerides, gum arabic, silicon dioxide, flow calcined diatomaceous earth

Adultes : Mélanger 1 mesure (12 g) avec au moins 180 ml de liquide (eau, jus de fruit ou boisson aqueuse similaire) dans un bocal avec un couvercle hermétique ou, pour chaque gramme de psyllium, mélanger avec 30 ml de liquide. Agiter vigoureusement 2 à 3 fois ou utiliser un mini-fouet et boire immédiatement. Maintenir un apport hydrique suffisant. Prendre quelques heures avant ou après la prise d'autres médicaments ou produits de santé naturels. Les effets sont observés 12 à 24 heures après la première prise et peuvent durer 2 à 3 jours. Prendre pendant la journée (pas immédiatement avant le coucher).
