Description

Twice Daily Multi with Boron(TDM) is a two-capsule-a-day multivitamin designed to provide nutrients not readily available in the typical daily diet. The development of this product was based on the principles of evolution and human biological adaptation to a whole food, nutrient-rich diet for optimal energy, further guided by the nutritional deficiencies common in the U.S. and the established Recommended Dietary Allowances (RDA) and Adequate Intakes (AI).

TDM contains tocopherol-free vitamin E isomers, a mixture of gamma and delta tocotrienols, which have multiple benefits for overall health and a unique blend of vitamin K1 and various forms of vitamin K2. It also includes a natural form of folate to support common genetic polymorphisms and an interesting dose of vitamin B12 to help reduce various malabsorption syndromes.

Dosage

Adults: Take 2 capsules daily with meals, a few hours before or after taking other medications or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Take with calcium.
