Description

Complex of amino acids and adaptogenic plants - Muscle Recovery. Amino+Recovery is an amino acid complex aimed at improving recovery on a daily basis. Ingredients such as Ashwangandha Root Extract, Siberian Ginseng and D-Panthetin assist in stabilizing post-workout cortisol (stress hormone) levels.

A blend of recovery-promoting amino acids without increasing insulin.

Dosage

Adults: Take 1 scoop daily. Mix the product well in 1 or 2 cups of liquid (water, juice, etc.) immediately before consuming. Take directly after exercise.
