Dosage

Adults and children 12 or older: 1-2 sprays per nostril 3-5 times per day.

Infants and children up to 11 years: 1 spray/nostril 4 times per day.

First, blow your nose. Press closed the nostril not being treated. Administer to the other nostril by placing your index and middle fingers atop either side of the nozzle, while supporting the bottom of the bottle with your thumb. Then squeeze with both index and middle fingers to spray.

Adultes et enfants ≥ 12 ans: 1 à 2 pulvérisations par narine 3 à 5 fois par jour.
Nourrissons et enfants jusqu'à 11 ans : 1 pulvérisation par narine 4 fois par jour.
Commencez par vous moucher. Bouchez une narine en la pressant avec votre doigt. Traitez l’autre narine en mettant l’index et le majeur des deux côtés du bec en soutenant le bas du flacon avec le pouce. Appuyez ensuite avec l’index et le majeur pour vaporiser.
