Description

In Ayurveda, Ashwagandha is traditionally used as a sleep aid and to improve memory. It is also used as a Rasayana (rejuvenating tonic) to relieve general debility, especially during convalescence or old age, as well as to balance aggravated Vata (nervous, tonic, sedative). These gummies contribute to energy metabolism and help the immune system to function properly. Each serving contains 2000mg of Ashwagandha, plus vitamin B12 and reishi.

Dosage

Adults: Chew 2 gummies per day. Take with food to avoid digestive upset.

Nonmedicinal ingredients: Tapioca syrup, purified water, vanilla flavor, cappuccino flavor, agar, pectin, sodium citrate, citric acid, stevia leaf extract, coconut oil, black carrot juice, medium chain triglycerides, carnauba wax.
