benaGene™ contains stabilized oxaloacetic acid, a human metabolite and intermediate of the Krebs (or TCA) cycle involved in cellular energy production. benaGene™ increases the conversion of NADH to NAD+ and influences the amount of usable energy and signaling molecules.
