Description

CortAlign contains a unique variety of herbs and nutrients that have been shown to have a moderating effect on stress and anxiety, and to normalize cortisol secretion. Ashwagandha has a number of adaptogenic effects, including modulation of GABA receptors, which is partly responsible for the significant reduction in anxiety and stress demonstrated in clinical trials. The KSM-66TM formulation of ashwagandha in particular has been shown to reduce serum cortisol levels by 27% and improve markers of depression, stress and anxiety compared to a placebo.

The combination of magnolia and phellodendron (Relora®blend) helps reduce stress and anxiety, and has been shown to reduce salivary cortisol levels and perception of stress, improve other parameters of the mood and prevented stress-related weight gain compared to placebo. Phosphatidylserine plays a critical role in the structure and function of neuronal cells and has been shown to dampen the stress response, improve mood, and normalize cortisol release.

Dosage

Adults: 2 tablets per day or as recommended by a healthcare professional.
