Description

HMF Fit for School (shelf stable) is a combination of research-based human probiotic strains, vitamin C and vitamin D3 that supports gastrointestinal health and helps reduce the incidence of upper respiratory tract infection (URTI) symptoms in children. Research on the use of the probiotic strains in HMF Fit for School (Lactobacillus acidophilus CUL-21 and CUL-60, Bifidobacterium bifidum CUL-20 and Bifidobacterum animalis subsp. lactis CUL-34), in addition to 50 mg of vitamin C resulted in a significant decrease in the incidence of URTI, number of days with URTI symptoms, incidence of sore throat and cough, duration of sore throat, and school absenteeism, and a decrease in antibiotic use in the probiotic group compared to the placebo group. HMF® Fit for School (shelf stable) also contains 25 μg (1,000 I.U.) of vitamin D3 per chewable tablet. Vitamin D is well known for its beneficial effects on bone health and plays a crucial role in the development of healthy bones in children and adolescents. It also improves immune health by supporting the immune system through various mechanisms. Dosage

Adults: Chew 1 tablet daily, at least 2-3 hours before or after taking antibiotics, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
