Inositol

• Inositol provides an additional inositol source from rice. Among its other actions, inositol is involved in neuronal signaling and osmotic regulation in the brain. Given that all the main neurotransmitter systems, dopamine, norepinephrine, serotonin and acetylcholine, use inositol as part of their messaging line, it can be beneficial to support the function of neurotransmitters. It can be envisaged each time an inositol supplement is indicated.

Dosage

Adults: two (2) tablets one (1) to three (3) time a day as a food supplement or otherwise indicated by a health care provider. Keep out of reach of children.

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Cellulose, stearic acid (plant source) and magnesium stearate (plant source). This product is gluten and dairy free.
