Description

Women with PCOS go through different hormonal and metabolic states caused by increased insulin production. For example, high insulin levels can affect glucose metabolism and lead to weight gain. Clinical trials in women with PCOS have demonstrated that myo-inositol supplementation reduces time to first ovulation, reduces serum testosterone levels, increases ovulation frequency, and increases estradiol levels (a marker of follicular maturation).

Dosage

Adults: Take one spoonful once or twice daily or as recommended by a healthcare professional. Use for at least twelve weeks to see beneficial effects.
