L-Arginine

• L-Arginine is one of the non-essential amino acids. On the functional level, arginine can support a healthy immune and cardiac function, and promote the synthesis of nitric oxide. Higher L-arginine intake have been associated with lower C-reactive protein levels (CRP). {Wells BJ, Mainous Ag, 3rd, Everett CJ: Association between food arginine and C-reactive protein. Nutrition 2005; 21 (2): 125-30.} In the American diet, the current sources of arginine include meat, poultry, fish, dairy products, eggs and cereals. L-Arginine provides 700 mg of L-Arginine per capsule.

Dosage

Adults: one (1) capsule three (3) time a day in the form of food supplement or according to the instructions of a professional health. Keep out of reach of children.
