Description

Magnesium is a mineral used by all organs of the body, especially the heart, muscles and kidneys. According to the 2012 Canadian Community Health Survey (CCHS), approximately 30% of men and 35% of women aged 19 to 30 are magnesium deficient. Magnesium insufficiency has been implicated in a wide range of health problems. Most magnesium supplements use only one source of magnesium, which can easily overload a single absorption pathway. Reacted Magnesium takes advantage of unique absorption pathways by providing magnesium in the form of di-magnesium malate, magnesium bisglycinate, magnesium citrate and magnesium glycinate for improved absorption, utilization and gastro comfort -intestinal. Some people taking other forms of magnesium supplements experience gastrointestinal side effects, including gas, bloating, diarrhea, constipation, or a combination of these symptoms.
