Description

Luxury bath salts containing Dead Sea salts and magnesium flakes for true muscle relaxation. pH balanced so as not to cause irritation, even on the most delicate skin and membranes (yes, we are talking about that). With pure organic essential oils of lavender, chamomile and juniper to help you transition into a state of relaxation and prepare your body and mind for bed.

Dosage

Adults: Fill your bathtub with hot water
Add at least 100g (1/5 pack) of Sleep Like Buddha Bedtime Bath Soak under running water and swirl.
Submerge yourself in the water and breathe deeply. Soak and relax for at least 20 minutes.
Drink water or herbal tea before, during and after bathing.
Dry yourself off gently and get under the covers. Sweet dreams !

Hot or lukewarm baths should not be used by people with certain medical conditions (including those who are pregnant or breastfeeding) unless advised to do so by a doctor. Keep out of reach of children.
